Refund policy

Any order cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full. Returns of shipped products are accepted if Raiden Safe Defense is notified within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new and unused condition.

All returns will incur a restocking fee of 10% which will cover shipping and handling costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
• All 12 Gauge Less-Lethal Ammunition sales are final and not eligible for return
• All BGR - Bad Guy Repellent (Aerosol Spray) sales are final and not eligible for return.
• Due to the critical nature of body armor, ALL Byrna body armor and Ballistipac products are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
